Here are the steps we undertake to provide you our best quality coffee
From the seed to the tree - we plant our own seeds, grow our seedlings and plant them in our fertile soil
The tree in a garden - we believe in agro-forestry with our coffee trees being part of a garden. our mission is to create a huge garden, with complemtary trees and plants nuturing the soil with humidity creating the best natural biochemical soil composition
From the tree to the cherry - we take care of our plants, by weeding, mulching and monitoring their state of health consistently. our skilled farmworkers improve soil moisture by mulching (grass covering) enhancing infiltration in the ground, reducing evaporation and preventing soil erosion.
From the cherry to the green beans - we harvest the ripe cherries by selective hand-picking, sort them by quality, and process them. the natural process is made by drying the cherries on elevated drying tables. the fruity taste is transmitted even more inside the coffeebeans.
